Gaslight Carnasiwn A41250
2001 Dark Chestnut Mare
*Ceulan Lwcus LOM/AOE/ODx2 x *Ceulan Cerys
For photos and more information, CLICK HERE.

Trained English and over fences
Carnasiwn was sold in utero and used as a broodmare only until she returned to Gaslight Farm in 2011. She was put into training under saddle immediately, taking quickly to her new job. She has a long, smooth gait, is quiet and sensible under saddle, and has been ridden and shown once over low fences. With some additional work, Carnasiwn should make a very competitive small pony hunter for a child. Shown in halter once as a foal, Carnasiwn placed as follows: 2001:Res. Supreme Champion and Grand Champion Section A (Judge 1), and Res. Grand Champion Section A (Judge 2), at 5 months of age, SLWPA Hallowe'en Haunt.
Although she has produced 3 foals without any difficulties, Carnasiwn is only being offered as a performance pony. Her price reflects her degree of training and will be adjusted after her training is resumed and she has more miles over fences. Call for more information.
Price: $1500, will consider offers.

Gaslight Ciwt As A Bug A49001 ***SOLD*** Exported to the Dominican Republic in 2017
*Ceulan Lwcus LOM/AOE/ODx2 x *Ceulan Cerys
2010 Dark Chestnut Section A Mare

Photo Pending

"Cute" is a dark chestnut young mare with dark mane and tail, and minimal white markings. She has a lovely trot, nice length of rein and built to make an excellent small hunter. We have not put a stick on her yet, but we believe she is 11-3. We would like her to go to a show home where she will be used in performance and not just in a breeding program.

Gaslight Absolut A49262 ***SOLD*** Exported to the Dominican Republic in 2017
*Ceulan Lwcus LOM/AOE/ODx2 x *Randan Absolutely Fabulous
2011 Chestnut Roan Section A Stallion

Absolut's dam was with us on lease from the Dickmeyer family, EOS Welsh Ponies, but after seeing her first 2 foals, we have since purchased her. They had imported "Fineen" from Wales and produced some lovely foals in Wales and for the Dickmeyers. "Fineen" is a high percentage Coed Coch-bred mare, with straight Coed Coch on the bottom. Absolut was the first foal she produced for us. Brought out to show twice in 2011 as a "class filler" to help the ratings, Absolut was judged Reserve Grand Champion at 7 weeks of age. We were hoping for a filly to retain, but this colt was so spectacular that we were not anxious to sell him. He was trained under saddle with Carrie MacWhorter and then to cart with Gerald Verkuyl. He competed in Tulsa at the American Nationals, awarded Grand Champion, and then returned home. Absolut was National Hi Point Reserve Champion Section A Stallion in 2015 and 2016. In January 2017, we were contacted by Fernando Leon of the Dominican Republic, looking for foundation stock for his new Welsh Pony breeding program. Absolut and one of our mares became his first purchase and were exported in the Spring of 2017, becoming the first Welsh ponies in that country and, possibly the first in the Caribbean.

Gaslight Armani A50082
*Ceulan Lwcus LOM/AOE/ODx2 x *Randan Absolutely Fabulous
2012 Chestnut Section A Stallion

Armani's dam, "Fineen" is a high percentage Coed Coch-bred mare, with straight Coed Coch on the bottom, imported from Wales by EOS Ponies. We leased her for 2 years and then purchased her in 2013. Armani's older full brother, Absolut, was the first foal she produced for us and was exported to the Dominican Republic in 2017, as the foundation sire for Welsh in that country. Armani was sold on contract as a weanling and was shown heavily in halter, earning multiple Supreme Championships and awarded National High Point Section A Colt in 2013 as a yearling and the 2014 Reserve High Point Champion Section A Colt the following year. He was trained to drive and showed in cart once, but he returned to us in 2016 after the buyer was kicked by one of her mares when she did not secure him in his stall before turning them loose. Since returning home, he has been quiet and easy to handle, and has shown no aggression or other peculiar behavior except for some mouthiness which was likely trained into him with treats when he was shown in halter. We completed the last points for the 2nd "leg" of his dam's LOM for us in 2016 and because he is too closely bred to our other mares and we have retained a full sister, Armani is now offered for sale. His conformation and pedigree, with the bottom primarily Coed Coch, make him an outstanding stallion prospect for a breeder desiring to add more Coed Coch up close in their program. He is started in harness and has been shown in pleasure driving once. With more miles, Armani should make a spectacular performance stallion. We would prefer him to go to a show home, preferably retained as a stallion, but he would make a spectacular performance gelding for someone who wants an outstanding gelding and has the time to finish him off. Armani is being wasted here and deserves a chance to be used by someone who has the outcross mares or wants a truly beautiful driving gelding.
$4000.00 Consideration given for a show home.

Gaslight Cinderella A45478
*Ceulan Lwcus LOM/AOE/ODx2 x Chaparral's Crystal LOM/AOE
2006 Chestnut Section A Mare

Photo Pending

Cinderella is a chestnut mare with four stockings and a blaze. Her mane and tail are dark mahogany with grey highlights, a very old color that was present on the hills of Wales. She has tremendous substance, has a lovely trot, nice length of rein and built to make an excellent small hunter. We have not put a stick on her yet, but we believe she is 11-3 and possibly closer to 12 hands. Cinderella was born about 12 hours before our granddaughter, Haley, was born, so we retained her with the notion that she would eventually be Haley's riding mount. Her full sister, Gaslight Chwyrlwynt LOM/AOE/OD was a tremendous performance pony, excelling in all ridden and driven disciplines, and was the first Welsh Pony or Cob to complete the requirements for an individual OD. After we moved from SoCA, it became difficult to get ponies into training with Carrie MacWhorter, and since we have several ponies already trained that Haley can ride, Cinderella was put on the "back burner" to wait for her turn to go into training. She is a maiden mare, because we do not breed any mare until they have received some training and have proven themselves to have the mind and disposition for performance. She is being offered as a performance prospect.

Gaslight Seren Arian A446931
*Ceulan Lwcus LOM/AOE/ODx2 x *Wharley Silver Charm
2008 Dark Chestnut Section A Mare

Photo Pending

"Star" is a dark chestnut young mare with minimal white markings. Her mane and tail are streaked with the grey highlights that are an old color from the hills of Wales. She was shown and placed well in halter as a youngster and retired from showing after completing the 2nd "leg" of her dam's LOM. She has a lovely trot, nice length of rein and built to make an excellent small hunter. We have not put a stick on her yet, but we believe she is 11-2, possibly a little more. She has the most wonderful kid-pony disposition, extremely quiet and friendly. She has not yet been trained, and since we do not breed mares until they have received enough training to demonstrate that they have the mind and disposition for performance, she is a maiden mare. Star was retained as a replacement for her dam and is "in line" for when our trainer can take her, but she is so quiet that I believe she would be an excellent first project for our granddaughter to begin training this summer. Show opportunities on the West Coast have diminished, and we have downsized our trailer, so promoting more than three ponies in a year by ourselves is difficult. We are not anxious to sell this mare, but we are slowing down on our breeding, so she is regrettably offered for sale. We would like her to go to a show home where she will be used in performance and not just in a breeding program.

Gaslight Lyle *** SOLD*** A49263
*Ceulan Lwcus LOM/AOE/ODx2 x *Ceulan Lynette
2011 Dark Chestnut Section A Gelding

Lyle is the first foal produced from our spectacularly successful show mare, *Ceulan Lynette. Chunky and full of classic Mountain Pony Type, Lyle was bred to be a performance pony. His pedigree could be an asset to someone's breeding program. We believe strongly in geldings and performance, and geld all of our unsold colts, regardless of quality, at 12 months of age. He will be scheduled for gelding in the Fall of 2013 and go for training under saddle if not sold before then.
Price: $2,000, consideration given to a Welsh performance show home.

Gaslight Lyric ***SOLD*** A49000
*Ceulan Lwcus LOM/AOE/ODx2 x *Ceulan Lorelei LOM
2010 Chestnut Section A Gelding
Photo taken as a yearling. The handler is 6'6" tall.

Lyric was the last foal out of our beloved mare, *Ceulan Lorelei LOM, who we had to euthanize in October 2010. Lyric was retained to show and contribute the final points for her Dam LOM, which was awarded to her in 2011. Because she gave us the daughter we had been wanting, we decided to geld and sell Lyric, so that he could achieve his full potential as a performance pony. All of the ponies which have come from this cross are superb movers with gentle dispositions. He has been handled and exposed to the show environment early in his life, just as his sister was, who completed her LOM as a 4 year old in 2012. Lyric is currently in training under saddle with Dr. Carrie MacWhorter in SoCA.

Price: Contact Carrie MacWhorter 951-212-2665 for more information and current current price.

Section C:

Gaslight Archimedes C51202
*Ceulan Lwcus LOM/AOE/ODx2 x *Synod Aurora
2014 Chestnut Section C Stallion (Will be gelded in 2018)

Photo Pending
"Archie" is a full brother of Gaslight Amber LOM and Gaslight Amaterasu, who was doing exceptionally well under saddle and in halter until we lost her unexpectedly at 5 due to a severe colic while at a show. Archie has been retained to complete the 3rd and final "leg" for his dam's LOM, and will be gelded in 2018 and then hopefully sent to Carrie MacWhorter for training this year. If he does as well as his 2 sisters did, he will become a mount for our granddaughter to ride in the C/D classes. He is offered for sale to a performance home only. His price will be adjusted once he begins in training.

Price: $3500.00

Gaslight Athena C52093
*Ceulan Lwcus LOM/AOE/ODx2 x *Synod Aurora
2016 Dark Chestnut Section C Filly

Photo Pending

Athena is a full sister of Gaslight Amber LOM and Gaslight Amaterasu, who was doing exceptionally well under saddle and in halter until we lost her unexpectedly at 5 due to a severe colic while at a show. Athena is a virtual replica of Amber... same color, essentially the same markings, and the incredible head and tiny ears that she and brother Archie share. She would make a stunning driving pair if hitched to sister Amber, but we do not have the time to pursue this goal. We will retain either Athena or Archie to complete the 3rd and final "leg" for their dam's LOM, but since Archie is ready to begin training, Athena is offered for sale.

Foals of 2018:

We have no foals available in 2018. We have several mature mares and an exceptional young stallion (a full brother of Gaslight Absolut, exported to the Dominican Republic in 2017) and a couple C's. Some of the ponies available have been trained to ride or drive. Our sales list is currently being updated. Please contact us for the current list of Section A and Section C ponies for sale.

Section A mares being bred in 2018 to our junior Section A stallion (palomino), *Ceulan Cappuccino, include *Wharley Silver Charm, and Gaslight Siwgr Bear. Bear's 2014 foal was sold in utero. We also plan to breed *Ceulan Lynette LOM and a 5 year old Lwcus daughter out of our favorite mare, *Ceulan Lorelei LOM (now deceased) Gaslight Lillith LOM. The final decision on whether we will breed additional mares has not yet been made.

Other mares are available for breeding upon request:

Gaslight Seren Arian - "Star" is a chestnut Lwcus daughter out of *Wharley Silver Charm, and a full sister of Gaslight Shamrock. She has wonderful classic mountain pony Type and built for performance, with a quiet disposition perforect for kids. She will eventually be sent for training, but has to wait her turn. She could be bred to our new palomino stallion, *Ceulan Cappuccino, upon request.

Gaslight Lillith - Lillith is a Lwcus daughter out of one of our favorite mares, *Ceulan Lorelei LOM. She is currently in training with Carrie MacWhorter and part of her 2012 show string. If someone would like her to be bred to our new palomino stallion, *Ceulan Cappuccino, or another stallion of their choice, arrangements can be made for AI and transported semen while she is in training. Call us to discuss.

Gaslight Siocled Kiss - Kiss is a Lwcus daughter out of a very heavily Coed Coch-bred mare, a halter and multiple performance champion under saddle and in cart. Her dam, Gaslight Siwgr Baby LOM, produced Gaslight Sweet Surrender LOM, currently being successfully shown under saddle and over fences, on the "A" Hunter circuit as well as WPCSA, with multiple hunter and Supreme Champion Gelding wins to his credit. Kiss provided the 3rd and final "leg" for her dam's LOM in 2011. She is currently in training in SoCA.

*Ceulan (J) Bounce - Bounce is a phenomenal producer, dam of the 2005 National Hi Point Champion Section A Colt, who was also Reserve Champion in 2004. Bounce has two "legs" of her Dam LOM. Ridden lightly in her early years, never shown under saddle because her foals have been too much in demand. They are rarely available after foaling as they are generally reserved inutero. The final decision on breeding her in 2013 has not yet been made.

*Ceulan Lynette - A prolific winner in hand in the UK and USA, with multiple championships to her credit, including Reserve Supreme. Daughter of a Royal Welsh winner, who is a full sister of our top-winning performance mare, *Ceulan Lorelei. She is now trained, competing in harness and under saddle, was the leadline pony for our granddaughter until she foaled in 2011. Lynette is available to be bred back to *Ceulan Lwcus LOM/AOE/OD or could be bred to our new palomino stallion, *Ceulan Cappuccino, upon request.

*Wharley Silver Charm - Predominently Coed Coch breeding. Her dam was a winner of multiple in-hand championships in the UK. Charm showed only 1 year in the USA, was champion in hand multiple times. She is trained under saddle. We were so pleased with her first foal, Gaslight Shamrock, that we retained him as our junior stallion, have trained him in harness and are competing in carriage and pleasure driving. We retained his full sister. We are planning to breed Charm to our new palomino stallion, *Ceulan Cappuccino in 2013.

*Ceulan Cerys - Shown under saddle for a year on a local Quarter Pony circuit, Cerys won a Hi Point saddle for us. Her first foal is being shown in performance, her second took a Reserve Supreme at her first show at age 5 months. Her 2004 colt Gaslight Criced showed well in halter, earning many Grand Champion Section A Gelding and Supreme Champion Gelding titles as a two year old. He was the 2006 National Champion Section A 2/Under Geldings. He completed the first "leg" for his dam's LOM in 2011.

Gaslight Siwgr Bear - A Lwcus daughter out of Gaslight Siwgr Baby LOM, combining Coed Coch and old Revel lines. Bear has been bred to *Ceulan Cappuccino and the 2014 foal has already been sold.
